About SALT

SALT Strategic was founded by Megan Vasko after nearly two decades at the intersection of strategy and delivery. She founded her own food venture and has partnered with organisations of all shapes and sizes - from Fortune 500 transformations to start-ups launched out of shipping containers - across finance, tech, and bio-sciences.

SALT steps in where ideas risk stalling. We partner with founders and leadership teams at inflection points, turning messy ambition into aligned decisions, and aligned decisions into outcomes. We bring structure, candour, and relentless follow-through, because strategy without execution is just theatre.

The name SALT is deliberate. Salt enhances what’s already good. It sharpens, preserves, and brings depth without overpowering the whole. In the right measure, it changes everything. That’s how we operate. Not as the main event, but as the force that elevates it.

 

Outside of commercial work, Megan founded a network for childfree women and speaks publicly about intentional childfree living. This is grounded in a core belief that organisations and lives should be built deliberately.
